1. No purchase necessary. To enter, simply enter your details and complete the form on the campaign site.
2. Participation in the contest is open to all residents in South East Asia aged 18 and above.
3. Employees of Maison de la France, Club Med and their partners and families and all other persons connected with this campaign are not eligible to enter.
4. The closing date for entries is 12 September 2008. The winner will be notified by e-mail. Upon confirmation of a winner, a prize letter will be sent to the winner for use of redemption.
5. This prize is valid for one adult only. The package includes accommodation in a Superior room in a Club Med resort in France, 3 meals per day with free-flow of wine, beer and soft drinks, all-day Bar and Snacking, Ski Pass, Ski instruction, other sport and leisure activities with expert tuition. Travel must be completed by 30 April 2009, during the ski season and no extension is allowed.
6. The prize is subject to change at organisers’ discretion, or due to unforeseen external circumstances beyond the organisers’ and their partners’ control. Club Med reserves the right to vary the dates of the winner’s stay should any circumstances arise. Prize not claimed by the date(s) as given in the winner’s letter or email will be forfeited.
7. The prize package excludes any form of travel, airport taxes, fuel surcharges and the compulsory Club Med Insurance Fee of S$60 per adult.
8. Any expenses arising from passports and visa charges, additional transport, personal and incidental expenses, insurance, applicable taxes and other royalties or fees applicable are the responsibility of the prize winner.
