Q2: How can I start uploading my photos?
A2: First, you need to sign up yourself as a Hunter. Just send ON<space>H to 22200 to sign up.

Q3: Who can use Maxhunt?
A3: All Maxis postpaid and prepaid (Hotlink) customers can use the service

Q4: What are the benefits of being a Hunter?
A4: As a Hunter you get to create and personalize your profile, as well as take part in the photo contest. You also get to use the web blogging for free and upload photos via the Maxhunt website or MMS. You also get to vote online on the Maxhunt website.

Q5: Do I need to pay any fee to participate in the Maxhunt contest?
A5: Yes, but you will get one-month free trial! That means you can participate in MaxHunt with the first month free of charge! After that, you will only need to pay RM3 per month.

Q6: How can I unsubscribe from being a Hunter?
A7: You can unsubscribe by sending STOP<space>H to 22200. Please note that once you have unsubscribed, you can no longer submit your photos.

Q7: How do I upload photos to Maxhunt?
A7: You can upload your photos by MMS and send to 22200. You can also submit your photos via the MaxHunt website after your have logged in.

Q8: Is there a limit on how many photos I can submit?
A8: There us no limit to how many photos you can submit.

Q9: Can I submit copyrighted photos?
A9: Express your creativity with your own photos on Maxhunt. Do not submit copyrighted photos, or photos that contain or suggest violence, nudity, profanity, sexism, racism etc. Maxis will remove any photos that contain or suggest the above. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for more information.

Q10: Do I have to pay for uploading the photos?
A10: No, uploading of photos via MMS is completely FREE. Standard MMS request cost apply.

Q11: Can I delete the photos that I’ve uploaded?
A11: No, once your photo is submitted you cannot delete it. However, in future we might add in the option for deleting photos.

Q12: Can I submit photos from overseas?
A12: Yes, you can submit via MMS as long as you are using roaming. However, please note that it might impose overseas network operators’ charges including taxes/levies.

Q13: Where can I view the submitted photos?
A13: You can view your submitted photos at:
• Maxhunt’s website, http://www.maxhunt.com.my. Please note that only approved photos will only be displayed on the website
• Maxhunt’s wapsite, http://www.maxhunt.com.my. Please note that only the top 10 voted and the latest 10 photos will only be displayed at the wapsite

A18: You can comment on photos via SMS. Just type K<space><code><space><comment message> and send to 22200. For example, “K F123 Love This Photo!”. You can get the code of the photo from http://www.maxhunt.com.my.

Q19: How much does it cost to comment on a photo?
A19: Each comment costs only 50 sen. Standard SMS request cost apply.

Q20: Is commenting on photos open to the public?
A20: No, commenting is only open to all Maxis postpaid and prepaid (Hotlink) customers.

Q21: Do I have to be a Hunter to comment on photos?
A21: No, you do not have to be a Hunter to comment, but you have to be a Maxis postpaid or prepaid (Hotlink) customer.

Q22: How can I be notified if I am the winner?
A22: There will be winners chosen monthly. If you are the winner, you will be notified by a phone call to your mobile number. As such, please ensure that you phone is on during office hours (9am till 6pm from Monday to Friday.

Q23: If I am the winner, how will I be receiving my prizes?
A23: You will be notified accordingly. Winners are required to come and collect their prizes.

Q24: What prizes are available to the winners?
A24: There will be no fixed prizes given monthly. The prizes for the month will only be announced on a monthly basis.

Q25: Who will determine the winning photo of the month?
A25: The winning photo will be determined by the highest number of votes and comments. Only successful votes and comments within the contest period will be counted. Please refer to the FAQ section on “Vote Photos”

Q28: Are there any charges to use web blogging?
A28: No, as long as you are subscribed as a Hunter, you can use web blogging for FREE.
