1. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens who are 18 years old and above only.

2. Contest Period: 10th July 2008 – 27th July 2008

3. In addition, any participant who fails and/or refuses to comply with and/or observe any of the rules (in the sole opinion of the Organizer) shall be disqualified from further participation in this contest or disqualified from receiving any prizes as winners (where applicable).

4. The Organizer further reserves the right to replace, change and alter any of the prize(s) without prior notice to the winner.

5. The participant further agrees that the Organizer shall be entitled to record, use and exploit the participant’s name in relation to this contest without further consideration, payment, royalties to the contributions, save and except for credited mentions as determined by the Organizer.

6. The prize cannot be exchanged with any other prizes and in the event that the winner fails to collect the prizes within 2 weeks of the date of notification for the contest, the winner agrees to waive his/her right to his/her prize
