TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. This contest is organized by http://www.sekolahsaya.com and is open to all Malaysia Secondary & Primary students, except employees and agency.
2. Each successful and completed level would advance the player to the next level.
3. Contestants may submit any number of level per day, but each level much be submitted using online system, photocopies or print out form will not be accepted.
4. All entries must be completed in full, with contestant’s personal user ID.
5. Entries received after 12.00am will be entitled to the next day.
6. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt.
7. The organizer reservers the right to photograph any winner and publish and/or use the names, particulars and photography of the contestants and their entries at any time, withoout prior notice or consent.
8. The results of the contest will be decided by a panel of judges whose decisions concerning all matters pertaining to the contest are final and binding. No correspondeces, requests or appeals will be entertained
9. Each Contestant is eligible to complete for only one prize for the contest. The prizes are as specified by the Organizer and are not transferable or exchanges for cash. The prizes must be collected by the winning contestants within the time frame specified by the organizer, failing which they may be forfeited by the organizer.
10. The organizer reserves the right at its absolute discreion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
11. The organizer will nt be responsible for any damage, loss or injury arising from the use of the prizes.
12. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. The 1st Prize Winnder for “Holiday Package to Hong Kong Disneyland for ONE” consist of the following:
The 1st Prize winnder with ONE(1) holiday package to Hong Kong Disneyland;
ONE(1) economy flight ticket to Hong Kong;
accomodation on twin-sharing room basis;
only selected meals to be provided.

14. All expenses relation to transportation in Malaysia and / or Hong Kong shall be borne by the winner.
15. Travel package details and specification are subjected to change.
16. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, the 1st Prize winner is not able to travel, is not eligible for a passport or the visa, the travel voucher shall be forfeited. The organizer shall not reimburse or compensate the winner for failure to travel.
17. Winners shall assume full liablity in case of any accident, injury, death, damage, loss or claim resulting from redemption and / or usage of their prizes. The organizer shall not be responsible for any liablity, accident, injury, death, damage, loss or claim in any manner whatsoever.
18. By paricipating in this contest, contestants have agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this contest, Prizes and decisions of the judges. The judges decisions in all matters is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
19. Monthly bonus closing date: 29th of the month - 12.00am.
20. Grand prize closing date: 30th November 2008 - 12.00am.
21. All entries received after 12.00am on the particular closing date will not be accepted.
