* Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and the organizer reserve the rights to exchange any prize with that or similar value without prior notice.
* Lucky Draw’s result is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
* Prize(s) damaged in transit is/are not replaceable.
* Lucky Draw results will only be announced within one (1) week after the contest closing date.

How to participate in this contest?
Step 1. After login to estate123.com, click on the Members Page tab to view the members main page. Notice that there is a new section in the page introducing the contest. Click on the “Invite More” button to start inviting your friends and families.

Step 2. When you are in the invitation page, just provide your name, email address and also your comments to your friends. On the recipient section, check on the checkbox to indicate the number of invitations. Then provide the name of the recipient and the email address of the recipient. You can send the invitation to at least 5 recipient at a time. If you wish to invite more, click on the “Invite More” button on the Members Page again.

Step 3. After click on the “Send” button, you will be notified if the invitation is successfully sent out.

Step 4. To view the status of your invitation. Click on the “Invitation Status” button on the Members Page. The page will show the status of the invitation.
