Get gifting in 3 easy steps!
Step 1 To “gift” a job, locate a suitable job for your friend on JenJOBS.com and click “Gift your friend this job”.
Step 2 Login as a member, enter your friend’s email address in the space provided and click submit.
Step 3 An email will be automatically be sent to your friend, informing that you have referred him to apply for the job. He will then be invited to register as a JenJOBS.com member in order to proceed with his application.
To check the status of your referrals and rewards at anytime, click the “Summary Table” tab.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Eligibility

• The JobGift Referral Programme (hereinafter “JobGift“) is open to jobseekers registered with JenJOBS.com only (hereinafter “members”).
• Participants of JobGift must be at least 18 years of age at the time of joining and residing in Malaysia.
• All information provided in conjunction with JobGift must be, to the best of the participant’s knowledge, true, accurate and not obtained by fraudulent means. If any of the information provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate or fraudulent, the participant will be disqualified from JobGift and any rewards earned or awarded will be forfeited.

How JobGift works

• Members of JenJOBS.com (hereinafter “Referrors”) may refer vacancies posted on www.jenjobs.com to their friends (hereinafter “Referees”). Note this only applies to jobs which bear the “Gift your friend this job” button.
• To refer a job, the Referror needs to provide the Referee’s email address, upon which an email with the relevant job details will be automatically sent to the Referee. The Referee may then apply to the jobs by clicking on the link provided. Note that if the Referee is not yet registered with JenJOBS.com, he must first do so, in order to proceed with the application.
• Please note that the Referee will need to apply for the job only via the link provided in the e-mail sent by the Referror. Applications done via any other means, for example directly through the website www.jenjobs.com, will not qualify for rewards under JobGift.
• Full-time college / university students do not qualify as Referees.
• There is no limit as to the number of job referrals that may be made by each Referror. However, an unregistered Referee may only register once with JenJOBS.
• In the event of duplicate referrals ie. the same job being referred to the same person by 2 different Referrors, the referral will be credited to the Referror whom the Referee responds to first.

Rewards Scheme

• The Referror and Referee will be entitled to rewards at various stages.
• For the Referror to qualify for a reward, complete registration is required of the Referee and this is deemed to have taken place only upon his having filled in all mandatory fields on the jobseeker registration page and uploaded a valid and completed resume on JenJOBS.com. JenJOBS.com reserves the right to reject invalid and/or incomplete resumes.
• A Referee is deemed to have accepted the job only upon having commenced work at the company and position referred and having remained employed in the same position for 10 (ten) working days.
• JenJOBS.com reserves the right to replace prizes with items of equal value. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• JenJOBS.com reserves the right to publish part of or all entries, photographs or any other details in connection to this programme for promotional purposes.
• In the event of any dispute, the sole and final decision will be made by JenJOBS.com and no further correspondence will be entertained.
• JenJOBS.com reserves the right to determine and/or vary the destination of the trip overseas.

Duration of Programme The JobGift Referral Programme will run until 31 December 2008

Collection of Rewards

• Referrors and Referees will be notified via email once their rewards are ready for collection. It is the responsibility of the Referrors and Referees to provide a valid email address or any other form of correspondence details and regularly check for updates and correspondence from JenJOBS.com with regard to JobGift rewards. Rewards which are not collected
  

  within 90 days

  of the said email notification will be forfeited without further notice.

• Winners are required to bring a copy of the said email notification and present their IC when collecting their rewards. Referees collecting their reward for the lucky draw will in addition, also be required to fax the offer letter to Michelle Voon at 03-7952 8268 for verification and to present the original copy of the offer letter for sighting.

Independent Contractor

All Referrors and Referees under JobGift are independent contractors and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee or franchisor-franchisee relationship is formed through participation in this programme. JenJOBS.com is not liable for any representations made or liabilities incurred by either the Referrors or the Referees in conjunction with JobGift except those stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Modifications To Terms and Conditions

JenJOBS.com reserves the irrevocable right to modify the terms and conditions contained herein without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Referror to review this site from time to time to ensure he/she will be apprised of any changes thereof. Any modifications to this agreement are deemed to have been read, understood and accepted by the Referror within 3 days of being posted on the site.
