TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. This contest is open to all Malaysians except employees and the immediate family members of Cadbury Confectionery Sales ( Malaysia ) Sdn. Bhd., its promotion agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies, its subsidiaries, associate companies and contest judges. Malaysians under the age of 18 who satisfy the above conditions may enter this contest with their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent. Receipt of entries from Malaysians under the age of 18 is proof of consent from his/her parents or legal guardian.

2. Contest period: 1 April 2008 to 30 May 2008. All entries received after the date specified will be disqualified.

3. Participants are required to complete the drawing in the entry form in their most creative way by showing what will you do, to get a pack of Cadbury Bytes. Only color pencils or ball pen are allowed to be used.

4. Prizes: Ten (10) participants with the most creative drawings will be selected to win a Sony PSP (PlayStation Portable) each.

5. Participants are required to submit the creative drawing together with their personal details - Name as per IC/Birth Cert., IC no. / Birth Certificate no., Address (P.O.Box addresses are not accepted), telephone number(s) and email address as required in the entry form.

6. Each entry must be accompanied by ONE (1) proof of purchase of Cadbury Bytes wrapper 90gm OR TWO (2) Cadbury Bytes wrapper 35gm.

7. Entries must be mailed to: Cadbury Bytes Contest, Cadbury Confectionery (M) Sdn. Bhd., Persiaran Raja Muda, Section 16, P.O. Box 7043 , 40700 Shah Alam, Selangor by 30 May 2008.

8. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Only entries sent via ordinary mail to the P.O. Box address will be accepted. Entries sent via despatch, courier service, registered mail or POS Laju will be disqualified.

9. Incomplete, damaged, illegible, late entries and entries with no or wrong proof of purchase will be disqualified. In any event Cadbury Confectionery Sales ( Malaysia ) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify any entry without assigning a reason.

10. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail. In the event that the Prize winners cannot be contacted, the next entry with the most creative drawing will win.

11. One winner is only entitled to win one prize. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

12. Winners’ list will be published on the website www.cadbury.com.my/bytes .

13. Redemption of prizes must be made within 30 days from the date of notification, failing which no claims will be entertained. Costs incurred for the collection of prizes will be borne by the individual winners.

14. Cadbury Confectionery Sales ( Malaysia ) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of an equivalent value without prior notice.

15. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, damage or claim resulting from participating in the contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prizes.

16. Cadbury Confectionery Sales ( Malaysia ) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest anytime throughout the planned duration without prior notice.

17. All entries submitted for the Cadbury Bytes Contest shall become the property of Cadbury Confectionery Sales ( Malaysia ) Sdn. Bhd.

18. Cadbury Confectionery Sales ( Malaysia ) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to use, publish or display the names and photographs of the winners for advertising and publicity purposes. The winners may also be required to attend prize presentations and/or participate in publicity programmes.

19. The contest Terms & Conditions are prepared in both English and Bahasa Melayu. In the event of inconsistencies between both versions of the contest Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

20. By participating in this Cadbury Bytes Contest, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions, and the decision of judges are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

21. Cadbury Confectionery Sales ( Malaysia ) Sdn. Bhd. may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions set out herein without prior notice.

22. By participating in this Cadbury Bytes Contest, each participant undertakes that it shall not bring any claims, action or proceedings against Cadbury Confectionery Sales (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. or its associated and related companies relating to this Cadbury Bytes Contest whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
