Correct way to remove BRAND’S Trivia labels
1. Enjoy your favourite BRAND’S Essence of Chicken 70g.

2. Place the empty bottle with the BRAND’S Trivia label in warm water for at least 5 minutes.

3. Remove the BRAND’S Trivia label carefully. Make sure it’s in good condition. Above all, do not tear the label.

4. Dry the BRAND’S Trivia labels.

Mailing Checklist
1. Cut out the entry form and complete Part A, B & C.

2. Attach on the entry form EIGHT(8) different original BRAND’S Trivia labels with correct answer.

1. BRAND’S “Stay Alert, Stay Ahead Challenge 2008” starts 17th December 2007 and ends 31st March 2008.

2. This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia age 18 and above, except employees of Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd., its associate companies, distributors, advertising and sales promotions agencies and members of the immediate families.

3. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish, photocopies of entry forms are permitted. However, to qualify for prizes, each entry form must be accompanied with eight (8) different original BRAND’S Trivia labels with a question posted on the reversed side of each label that has been answered correctly as ‘Proof of Purchase’. Every qualified entry form received is entitled for 1 (one) Instant Reward Gift provided all the terms and conditions have been fulfilled.

4. Kindly allow at least 4 weeks for delivery of gift. Cerebos (M) Sdn Bhd bears no responsibility in the event of loss, damage or misplaced gifts while in transit. No compensation will be given.

5. Only entry form with original BRAND’S Trivia labels in good condition are acceptable. Photocopies of BRAND’S Trivia labels are not permitted.

6. Each qualified participant also stand a chance to win a weekly prize of 1(one) LG 42” LCD TV. Weekly winners will be chosen based on entry with the most creative slogan & correct answers. Each participant is entitled to win 1(one) LG 42” LCD only.

7. Weekly prizes of 1(one) LG 42” LCD will be announced from 15th January 2008 until 30th April 2008. Kindly allow at least 4 weeks for delivery of weekly prizes after the announcement.

8. The prize awarded may differ from what is shown on the packaging or any communication materials.

9. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace the instant gifts and/or weekly prizes with any item/s of equal value without prior notice subject to availability. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

10. All weekly winners will be notified by post or phone. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from date of notification. Claims made after the date specified will not be entertained.

11. Weekly winners may be required to collect their prizes from a designated centre. If a request is made by winner for the prize to be delivered to them, delivery charges shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Cerebos (M) Sdn Bhd bears no responsibility in the event of loss, damage or misplaced prizes while in transit. No compensation will be given.

12. All winning entries become the property of Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. All winners might be required to attend a prize giving ceremony, the company reserves the right to use names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purpose. Representatives of the winners are not allowed.

13. Transportation and accommodation charges incurred when redeeming prizes and/or attending prize giving ceremony shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.

14. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the absolute right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, and/or illegible.

15. Only entries sent by ordinary mail to the stated P.O.Box will be accepted. Entries sent via dispatch, courier or POS Laju would be disqualified. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.

16. All entries must reach the P.O. Box address before 5.00pm on March 31st 2008. Late entries will be disqualified. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

17. Winners who fail to comply with the terms & conditions of the BRAND’S “Stay Alert, Stay Ahead Challenge 2008” will be disqualified.

18. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves all rights to amend, modify, extend or terminate BRAND’S “Stay Alert, Stay Ahead Challenge 2008” in any way deemed appropriate, in response to events beyond its control. No prior notice will be given.

19. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, damage or claim resulting from taking part in the BRAND’S “Stay Alert, Stay Ahead Challenge 2008” and/or use and/or redemption of their prizes.
