COFFEE-MATE® COUNT & WIN CONTEST

Count your way to RM100,000 worth of gold vouchers. Introducing Coffee-Mate Count & Win Contest. This contest is organised by Nestlé Products Sdn. Bhd. and is open to all Malaysian residents older than 18 years of age as of 01/10/2007.

For every COFFEE-MATE® product imported by Nestlé Products Sdn Bhd purchased, you are entitled to enter this Contest. Each entry form submitted, must be individually and originally filled, complete with the required details, 3 correct answers to the questions shown in the entry form and must be accompanied with the required Proof of Purchase.

Each participant is entitled/eligible to submit more than 1 [one] entry form but each entry form must be accompanied with the required Proof of Purchase in 1 [one] envelope. Photocopies of entry forms are accepted, provided they are individually and originally filled. Each entry form must be posted/sent by ordinary mail to the address as stated. Entry forms received via dispatch, courier service, POS Laju and/or any other means of delivery will be automatically disqualified. Proof of postage of the entry form shall not constitute proof of receipt by the Organiser.

Terms and Conditions
1 The COFFEE-MATE® Count & Win Contest will run from 22/10/2007 to 30/12/2007 [“the
Contest Period”]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend the Contest Period at any
time. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
2 Each qualified entry form received during the Contest Period will be allocated serial
number(s) as per stated in the POP Table.
3 There will be 3 [three] tiers of Prizes to be won for the Contest:
(a) 8 [eight] Weekly Prizes X 10 [ten] weeks:
(i) There will be 8 [eight] Weekly Prizes to be won every week for 10 [ten] weeks
during the Contest Period:
• Week 1 : 22/10/07 – 28/10/07
• Week 2 : 29/10/07 – 04/11/07
• Week 3 : 05/11/07 – 11/11/07
• Week 4 : 12/11/07 – 18/11/07
• Week 5 : 19/11/07 – 25/11/07
• Week 6 : 26/11/07 – 02/12/07
• Week 7 : 03/12/07 – 09/12/07
• Week 8 : 10/12/07 – 16/12/07
• Week 9 : 17/12/07 – 23/12/07
• Week 10: 24/12/07 – 30/12/07
(ii) The total serial numbers allocated for each week will be divided by 8 [eight] to
derive the winning serial numbers for the Weekly Prizes. The winning serial
number will be the closest, lower whole number that results after the stated
division.
For example:
If the total serial numbers allocated for Week 1 is 3,820 [three thousand eight
hundred and twenty] entries, then the total will be divided by 8 [eight] to derive
the winning serial numbers. The winners are entries with serial number 477th [four
hundred seventy seven] as the first winning serial number and so forth.
(iii) The winning serial numbers for each week will win the Weekly Prize consisting of
a voucher for gold jewellery worth RM500.00 [Ringgit Malaysia five hundred]
each.
(iv) Each participant can win 1 [one] Weekly Prize per week only. In the event a
winner wins 2 [two] or more prizes, they will automatically win 1 [one] prize only.
The other prize(s) will be won by the following higher serial number.
(b) 30 [thirty] Consolation Prizes:
(i) There will be 30 [thirty] Consolation Prizes to be won during the Contest Period.
(ii) The total serial numbers received during the Contest Period will be divided by 30
[thirty] to derive the winning serial numbers for the Consolation Prizes. The
winning serial number will be the closest, lower whole number that results after
the stated division.
(iii) The winning serial numbers will win the Consolation Prizes consisting of a
voucher for gold jewellery worth RM1,000.00 [Ringgit Malaysia one thousand]
each.
(iv) Each participant can win 1 [one] Consolation Prize only. In the event a winner
wins 2 [two] or more prizes, they will automatically win 1 [one] prize only. The
other prize(s) will be won by the following higher serial number.
(c) 8 [eight] Main Prizes:
(i) There will be 8 [eight] Main Prizes to be won during the Contest Period.
(ii) The total serial numbers received during the Contest Period will be divided by 8
[eight] to derive the winning serial numbers for the Main Prizes. The winning
serial number will be the closest, lower whole number that results after the stated
division.
(iii) The first winning serial number will win the 1st Prize consisting of a voucher for
gold jewellery worth RM10,000.00 [Ringgit Malaysia ten thousand]. The second,
third and fourth winning serial numbers will win the 2nd Prize consisting of a
voucher for gold jewellery worth RM4,000.00 [Ringgit Malaysia four thousand]
each. The fifth, sixth, seventh and eight winning serial numbers will win the 3rd
Prize consisting of a voucher for gold jewellery worth RM2,000.00 [Ringgit
Malaysia two thousand] each.
(iv) Each participant can win 1 [one] Main Prize only. In the event a winner wins 2
[two] or more prizes with different values, they will automatically win the prize of
higher value. The lower valued prize will be won by the following higher serial
number.
(d) There are a total of 80 [eighty] Weekly Prizes, 30 [thirty] Consolation Prizes and 8
[eight] Main Prizes to be won during the Contest Period.
4 The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes
with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As Is”
basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher in part or in full.
5 All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party[ies] arranging and/or
providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
6 Winners will be notified by post. All prizes must be claimed within 3 [three] months from the
date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not be held liable
in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner[s].
Winners result will also be announced in the Organiser’s website [www.nestle.com.my].
7 The Organiser shall reserve the right to use the names and/or photographs of the winners as
materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade and/or publicity and the winners shall
not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
8 All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or
related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prize is
the sole responsibility of the winner.
9 Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury,
damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in this Contest,
redemption and/or utilisation of the prizes.
10 This Contest Rules & Regulations are prepared in both English and Bahasa Melayu. In the
event of inconsistencies between both versions of the Contest Rules & Regulations, the
English version shall prevail.
11 The Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
12 By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest Rules &
Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser.
