Cleanest Toilet Contest

school toilet contest

THE Chinese primary school in Perak’s Kinta district with the cleanest toilet will get a RM1,500 cash reward, certificate and trophy in a contest next month.

The contest, which is organised by Gerakan Belia Bersatu Malaysia (Ipoh branch) and Brunswick Industries Sdn Bhd, is open to the 30 Chinese primary schools in the district. Ipoh city councillor Lim Huey Shan said the first runner-up would get RM1,000 and second runner-up RM500.

“The judging period is from Oct 1 to Oct 31,” he said recently.

He said the contest was aimed at inculcating the concept of cleanliness among primary school pupils.

“It is also to create a clean and healthy learning environment,” Lim added.
