eMenang Google Analytic Contest

eMenang had been featuring over 2000 of local and international contest for the past 5 month and I think it’s time for eMenang to host its own contest. It’s really easy and winner will get USD$25. All you need to do is guess how many visits that eMenang will get from 26 Aug 2007 until 15th Sept 2007. (Just a hint, eMenang receive about 500-800 visits per day for the past few weeks).

To maintain the integrity of this contest, I’ll introduce our judge for this contest; Google Analytic. On 16 Sept 2007, I will generate my traffic report from Google Analytic and post it here on eMenang so everyone can see the result. As an example, from above picture, the total visits from 1st Aug - 25 Aug 2007 is 14,061 so if your answer is 14,061 then the money is all yours.

How to win;

  1. Drop a comment (At least 20 words) on this post and you’ll get 5 entries.
  2. Signup for eMenang feedburner and you’ll get 5 entries.
  3. Digg or StumbleUpon this post and you’ll get 5 entries.
  4. Add eMenang to your Technorati favourite and you’ll get 5 entries.
  5. Spread news or leave comment about eMenang or this contest on other blog/forum/website and you’ll get 5 entries.
  6. Register as member of eMenang forum, make at least 1 post (At least 20 words) in the forum and you’ll get 10 entries.
  7. Write a Review about eMenang.com or this contest and earn 1 entry per 10 words from your article. Example; If your review contain 205 words, then you get 20 entries. Maximum 30 entries will be given for review.

*Contestant is entitled to pick 1 number per entry. Only 1st comment is entitled for 5 entries per contestant.
*Please enter your current email address when commenting. I need a correct email address to communicate later if you are the winner. You can leave a comment on what you had done and leave your guess under the same post. Example; Nice contest you got here. Since this is my 1st comment for this contest, I think I’m entitled for 5 entries. So here is my lucky guess for this contest, 14001, 15001, 16001, 17001 & 18001.

Prize:

Winner will received USD$25 via PayPal or MYR100 via Maybank2U (Maybank2u is only for Malaysian citizen).

Contest Mechanic

Winner is decided based on correct answer. In the event if there is no correct answer given, winner will be selected based on the nearest guess within 100 points range to the correct answer. Example; If the total visits is 8888 and there is no correct guess, winner will be selected based on nearest guess to 8888 that is made from 8788 – 8988. If there is more than 1 correct answers, winning prize will be split evenly among winners.

What if there are still no correct answer?

Cash prize will be snowballed and contest will keep on running for another 30 days. This mean, another USD$25 will be added if this contest keep on running every 30 days. Example; If there is no winner by 16 Sept 2007, contest will run until 15 Oct 2007. If there is a winner on 16 Oct 2007, that person will receive USD$50 via PayPal. Just to be fair, everyone will be allowed to make their lucky guess all over again based on number of entries that they had earned.

    I like to guess although i m not good in guessing number most of the time

  22. Thanks annl. Hehe, you might want to reconsider your answer again… True, this site still doesnt have any PR yet because it still new but eMenang have been around for 5 month. Plus, we also got a forum for comper and dedicated blog for Malaysian peoples so there’s a decent number of traffic that we received everyday.
